Positive: Great location within walking distance to the Sea Point promenade. Nicely furnished and a desk which was useful because I had to do some work.
Negative: There's construction going on next door which was noisy, but it helped to have the double windows and sliding doors. The primary school next door was also noisy when the kids were playing outside at break time.
